Can you approve your loans in-house?

Yes, we can approve loans in-house. We have a few paths here at Beeline. Some loans are processed, underwritten, closed and funded in-house. To be able to offer our wide variety of loan programs, we also act as a broker for certain loans. In these cases, we will still be your point of contact and you have Tracker access but another lender may approve the loan.
