How does Beeline do appraisals?

Once you've decided that you want to do the loan with us, you'll get a payment link from our appraisal partners. You can easily pay for the appraisal through that link. Shortly thereafter, you'll get a call, email or text to schedule with the appraiser. After the appraisal is done and we get the report back, we review it and make sure there are no issues with the value or the property. You will also get a copy of the report.
