So we’re inverting the power imbalance — making it less about the loan and more about feeling at peace and excited about the new place or the sense of freedom a refi can bring.

Oddly enough, while we’re using technology and machine learning to remove steps, we feel the most novel additions are old-fashioned accountability, responsiveness and warmth.
