How do I reach my Loan Guide?
By phone, email, chat, text, your DM (FB, Twitter, Whatsapp) — whatever suits you best. It’s on your terms, so they won’t annoy the sh*t out of you with lots of phone calls either.
What does a Loan Guide do?
Your Loan Guide is your own direct point of contact, there to help you with anything right up until closing day. They’ll keep you posted on progress and clarify anything so you’re never alone. They’re also in the background working with the rest of the Beeline team to make sure your closing is fast and easy. They’re paid based on making your close fast and easy — so there’s no pressure, just the peace of mind of having someone there the whole way who knows your story.
Do I need a Loan Guide?
Your Loan Guide can hold your hand every step of the way — or just be there to bounce things off. So you can lean on them as much as you like. Theoretically you can close with Beeline without talking to anyone, but everyone’s situation is different and it’s likely you’ll need them at some point along the way.
What exactly is 'screen sharing'?
It's as the name suggests — we use a program called Surfly to allow you to securely share you screen with your Loan Guide. Then, they can just jump in and talk you through any sticky bits in real time. You can even use it in conjunction with video or phone chat. Check out this really quick overview of how it works. How quickly will a Loan Guide respond to me?
In a perfect world, immediately. But if your Loan Guide is working with another client, they’ll respond as soon as they’re free.
When am I assigned my Loan Guide?
The moment you submit your application, you’ll be paired with your dedicated Loan Guide, who navigates you from there all the way to closing day. They’re right by your side, directly contactable anytime you need them. So no retelling your story over and over after waiting on hold to some call centre. Use them as little or as much as you like.
What if I can't reach my Loan Guide?
Your Loan Guide works in team of two to process your application so if your Loan Guide isn't available, their team mate will be able to help you out.
