How do I make my first payment?
We’ll provide you a first payment letter at closing. If your loan is transferred to one of our trusted partners before your first payment is due, they’ll send you a payment statement. For you, all this means is that Beeline will not be collecting your payments, handling your escrow account, nor paying taxes or insurance — our partner will. Your loan will be sold to a company that specializes in servicing loan payments and escrow disbursement. The great news is, the terms of the loan can never change regardless of who is sending you the monthly statement.
