  • How do I make my first payment?
    We’ll provide you a first payment letter at closing. If your loan is transferred to one of our trusted partners before your first payment is due, they’ll send you a payment statement. For you, all this means is that Beeline will not be collecting your payments, handling your escrow account, nor paying taxes or insurance — our partner will. Sometimes the transfer happens before the first payment is due and other times it happens after. So how do you know who to pay?Some readers

    You can mail a check or pay online with your servicer.Some readers
  • Can I set up automatic payments with Beeline?
    Not yet, we’re not currently servicing loans. But the servicers we work with can set up auto payments for you.Few readers
  • Will my home loan be sold to someone else?
    Your loan will be sold to a company that specializes in servicing loan payments and escrow disbursement. The great news is, the terms of the loan can never change regardless of who is sending you the monthly statement. Also, if you ever want to buy again or refinance with us, you just need to refresh your Beeline profile.Few readers
