  • What is a Purchase-Ready Approval?
It’s what other lenders might call a ‘pre-approval’ but a purchase-ready approval is far more reliable and accurate. How? Well, it’s based on actual numbers that are collected and verified instantly as you apply. Typical pre-approvals are based on info that is yet to be verified. So you can be confident knowing your Purchase-Ready Approval isn’t going to disappoint and realtors will take it seriously. Once you’ve completed Step 5, your purchase-ready approval letter is waiting for you in your BFeatured
  • How long does my Purchase-Ready Approval last?
Excellent question, and one that we get asked a lot by borrowers who have their Purchase-Ready Approval but are still searching for ‘The One’ (residentially speaking). The short answer is 30 days, but it depends on these few things… What you’ve done since you got your Purchase-Ready Approval (any new credit etc) *Whether there’s been any market movement (so changes to base interest rate, for example). • How long does it take to get a purchase-ready approval letter?
It takes approximately 15 minutes and is done in 5 steps. You can do it all at once or break it up and go at your own pace — your Beeline profile saves your progress. For the smoothest, fastest ride possible, check out what you need to apply.Featured
  • Why is a purchase-ready approval better than a normal pre-approval or pre-qual letter?
Normally after enduring a long-winded application interrogation, you’ll get a pre-approval, if you’re lucky. But because the ‘declared’ information you provide isn’t yet verified, the pre-approval has a lot of ‘outs’ for the lender and is subject to change upon receipt of supporting documents. By the time they’re submitted and reviewed, several days can pass, maybe more. The pre-approval letter helps you go out house shopping and mix it up with realtors, but even though everyone is acting coolFeatured
  • Will a realtor take a purchase-ready approval more seriously?
Yep! Your realtor can clearly see the amount you can borrow and the extent of verification already completed. They’ll know they have a truly ‘purchase-ready’ buyer, so you and the realtor can spend your time efficiently to find the place you want and then negotiate with confidence.Featured
  • Is it free to get a purchase-ready approval?
Yup, there’s no charge for an application or your purchase-ready approval.Featured

  • Can I get a purchase-ready approval even if I'm not sure I'm ready to proceed?
We encourage you to explore and do the 5 steps to see where you stand. Only then will you really know — a calculator is helpful but can only get you so far. Get your purchase or refi-ready approval, and then if you’re not quite feeling it, take your time and refresh your profile when you’re ready. If you refresh days or weeks after and you haven’t spent all your down payment on a new car or a trip to New Zealand, your approval won’t change much. • What is a pre-qualification?
A pre-qualification is a basic review of your finances to determine if you would qualify for a home loan. In general, a pre-qual is based on unverified information you provide and doesn’t include a credit check or any documentation, so it’s not really a firm guarantee of a loan.Few readers
