How do I make my first payment?
We’ll provide you a first payment letter at closing. If your loan is transferred to one of our trusted partners before your first payment is due, they’ll send you a payment statement. For you, all this means is that Beeline will not be collecting your payments, handling your escrow account, nor paying taxes or insurance — our partner will. For your first payment after closing, please refer to our FAQ on first payments (found here) For future payments, you will receive information from your new servicer on ways to pay (i.e. online, by mail, etc.). While Beeline does not currently service loans, the servicers we work with do allow you to set up automatic payments. Please refer to your first payment letter if you got one from your new servicer.
